The Next 30 Days… Mindset Detox Challenge
One of the best things about social media, at least in my opinion, is finding out about new things from friends and/or followers that you may have not found yourself. And then, once you have found them, be able to share and easily participate in activities, knowledge, events or whatever it is that you now realize you have in common. The 30 Day Mental Detox is a perfect example of that for me.
One of my friends – Ruben Greth mentioned this video in one of his News Updates on Facebook and upon checking it out, I got really excited, talked with Ruben and others about it and am taking on the challenge. There are 4 or 5 other people that we both know also taking part in the challenge and starting today. To check out the very cool video on the topic, click below. (Hey Tim, if you are listening, put your video on YouTube so it is easier to embed!). Also here is the Facebook link to the video itself if you want to learn more about it Tim and read all the comments about the challenge.
In addition to the 10 Challenges that Tim outlines in the video, I have added a few of my own. Here is the list of my accomplishments for the next 30 days. Some will last beyond the 30 days and I will talk about all of them in more depth and why I picked them in the coming days.

- No TV/Movies – the only exception for me will be March Madness Games and inspring movies like Gladiator, The Last Samurai or other suggestions – more on that later.
