Wednesday Videos FTW (For The Win)

Today’s post will be short and sweet and we’ll let the videos do the talking.  Two of them to be exact and I just watched them today so hopefully they are new to you too.  I think that video is still one of the most under-utilized tools by businesses.  And as I wrote in this post, even if your business is small, it doesn’t have to cost you a fortune to create some great video for your business.  I think that this video does a great job of taking a creative image and applying it to a small credit union product.

The first video is from Toyota and puts a great spin on the “Mini-Van Culture” and turns soccer moms and scout dads into the parental rock stars they are.  Check out Joe Mana’s post here for his take on Toyota’s worthy effort on this project.

And the second is by one of my favorite internet companies – Google.  In this video that is part science project and part software demonstration, they do a great job of finding a very creative way to put browser speed into a context other than seconds.  This is my new favorite ‘science project commercial’ and tops my previous favorite The Honda Accord Domino commercial.
